Logistics F.A.Q
Logistics
Whats included in logistics services?
We manage your cargo from pickup to delivery. We can help manage customs procedures, warehousing, information logistics, transportation, and more. We offer customized solutions for every customer, and we’d love to help you in whatever way you need.
Wha't is the difference between FTL and LTL shipping?
Generally, a full truckload (FTL) shipment is over 10,000 pounds or takes up an entire truck and is delivered without transferring cargo. On the other hand, a less than truckload (LTL) is 200 pounds and only takes a section of a truck. For LTL shipping, your cargo is safely consolidated and distributed with other shipments.
What types of clients do you serve?
At Prime Logistics Services, we handle logistics for small businesses to enterprise coporations. Some of our most common customer industries are distribution, retail, manufacturing, car dealerships, and electronics. We serve a broad list of customers and work diligently to provide unique services for each customer.
Are transit times guaranteed?
Freight transit times are not guaranteed unless specified. Transit times are dependent on location, destination, transportation, weather, and more. However, our team makes every effort to provide realistic and efficient estimates. You are also welcome to track your shipment in real time with out technology!
